Helping managers and individuals move from the current career management focus on Q2 (the years from 25 to 50) to preparing for much longer, 60-year careers, 5-generation workforces and the re-balancing of talent between Q2 and Q3 workforces.
With leaders, 20-first build longevity leadership and literacy through ’Longevity WakeUp.’ These sessions engage leaders and equip them in understanding the scale and impact of the demographic shift at hand and proactively develop longevity strategies to address them.
With individuals, they designed The Midlife Rethink, a series of live workshops with Avivah Wittenberg-Cox.These sessions are short deep dives, accessible to all, to get individuals prepared to rethink their careers in the age of longevity. These help people review their pasts, assess their presents and vision futures that are likely to be longer than they think – and are planning for.
