This survey was created by the City of London’s Women Pivoting to Digital Taskforce in partnership with CAPSLOCK. The Taskforce was created to break down barriers of opportunity for women from all backgrounds by supporting career changes into digital and tech roles.
We’re sharing this survey to understand why women may or may not be interested in career-changing to tech role (in any sector!) and the barriers to making this change.
There are no right or wrong answers – and you don’t need to be in a particular job or sector to respond.

- Create better programmes and initiatives that support equity in the digital workforce
- Inform Government policies that aim to reskill women into higher-paying careers
