Career change is easier with a growth mindset
To remain in rewarding and fulfilling work in this ever changing world, upskilling or retraining throughout your career is critical.
According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs report (2023), 44% of workers’ skills will change in the next five years, and 6 in 10 will need retraining by 2027. Yet, only half of workers currently have access to the training they need.
That’s why the Campaign for Learning “Learning at Work” is not to be missed.
This year’s theme is Get Connected. It focuses on the social aspect of connecting to new learning experiences and the importance of communities in our lifelong learning journey.
