We need your help with our annual research study into the challenges, motivations and preferences of professionals returning to work.
Why is the Career Returners Indicator (CRI) Research important?
This is a once-a-year opportunity for you to share your valuable insights about your return-to-work experiences. By participating in this survey, you will contribute to meaningful change that can positively impact the returner community. Your feedback will play a crucial role in enhancing the support services Career Returners provide to the returner community, and in providing data to inform employer partners, government and media.
This study is running alongside Career Returners CRI Employer research into the motivations and challenges of employers.
A Thank You
As a thank you for everyone who participates, you will receive a free Mini-Guide: “How to stay motivated along the Return to Work journey”. You will also have the option of being entered into a draw to secure a free 60 minute 1:1 coaching session with a Career Returners Coach. The survey will be open until 28 February.
Who should complete the Survey?
Whether you’re contemplating a return to work or actively seeking opportunities, we want to hear from as many returners as possible, to give us a robust data sample. Please note, the survey is only for people who have not yet returned to work.
Findings of the Data
All responses will be collated and comments will be anonymised. Career Returners will share the final reports, both employer and returner, with organisations, UK Government, professional associations and on their website and on social media. With this data, together, we can better reduce bias against career gaps, transform workplace cultures and create opportunities for all.
We greatly appreciate your time to strengthen our research and support us in our mission to remove the career break penalty.
