Women Returners, enables professionals to return to work after an extended career break.
They are a purpose-led consulting, coaching and network organisation, founded in 2014, with the mission of removing the ‘Career Break Penalty’ by making extended career breaks a normal part of a 40 to 50 year career.
Women Returners are experts in enabling the return to fulfilling work of experienced professionals, mainly women but also men, after an extended career break. They run the largest European network community of returning professionals, the free-of-charge Women Returners Professional Network, providing advice, inspiration, information and support to returners.
